I interviewed subject matter experts at SAP and drafted the text, offering a clever twist to open the piece (“Let It Roll”). SAP liked it and after only two rounds of revisions, the content was approved and published.

Gaining Exposure for Trailer Bridge
My client, IronMarkets Publications, requested my help writing this complex article for their client, Trailer Bridge, an ocean freight, logistics and customs brokerage firm serving the Caribbean market. I interviewed several lead executives at the firm and set the guardrails (audience, intent, no-go zones, narrative direction) using my “human-led, AI-executed” approach to produce a rough draft. I then proofed and edited the draft before sending it to the client. One last pass was all it took to publish the article in full.

When Wipro consulting wanted to promote their digital twin point-of-view to forward-thinking retailers, they hired me to craft this detailed article explaining the concept, benefits and implementation process for publication on their website.
